StandardTHE STANDARDS are economical and can match any propping access application where they allow support or access needed. Cantilever Beam Frame
Beam BracketBeam bracket eliminates full height propping to beam formwork by location on to slab support vertical as shown. The beam bracket distributes the load throughout the surrounding Cup Lock systems structure.
Hop-Up BracketHop-Up Bracket are smaller versions of cantilever frames, but they are used soley for assisting access to awkward areas. Minor loading should be transferred with hop-up bracket.
Decking BeamThe decking beams are designed with wide top flange thereby reducing maintenance costs by increasing the lifespan of the plywood. The decking beams are available in all the standard sizes.
Infill BeamInfill beam are used to provide the transom support underneath the plywood. All standard sizes are manufactured, as well as any special sizes upon request. They have a wide top which gives more support For the plywood.
Drop HeadThe most important part of shuttering is the drop head. Made with an extra-strong steel wedge, the dropheads allow the beams, infills and panels to be lowered at hammers stroke. The wedge is specially constructed to endure repeated strokes of the hammer.
Universal JackUniversal jacks allow differences in height to be maintained. The base jacks like the universal jacks are either hollow or solid with deep threads. Easy adjustments can be made with the universal jacks special spindles.

Base PlateThe base plate is used at the bottom of a standard to give the necessary spread of load ensuring complete stability.
Rocking Base PlateThe component is used either as a base plate at the bottom of a standard to give the necessary spread of load, or when the jack is used at the top of the standard as a rocking plate, to accommodate a drophead in a slanting position.
Spigot ConnecterOpen-ended standards are joined together using the Spigot Connectors.
